Order
You can place an order though https://shop.midalidare.bg/ as a Registered customer or as a Guest. Signing up for a profile at https://shop.midalidare.bg/ is NOT required to use the online shop, place orders, subscribe to, or unsubscribe from receiving a newsletter at https://shop.midalidare.bg/, or ask questions using the inquiry forms provided. However, in order to take advantage of a profile on https://shop.midalidare.bg/, you must first register one. It will give you the ability to easily make valid purchase orders for the goods offered, as well as a number of benefits such as storing delivery data, a convenient view of past order history, their status and content, the ability to change your access password, leave comments on the site, take advantage of special promotional offers.
When ordering, the Customer performs the following steps:
- Selects the products he wants to add to the Cart by pressing the "Add to cart" button against the corresponding product. When the Customer decides to order the selected products, he goes to the Cart (located at the top left of the website)
- In his "Cart" the Customer determines the type and quantity of the goods and confirms the order (by pressing the "Order" button);
- If the Customer has a Promo code for the discount, the Promo code should be entered on the Cart page;
- In order to continue, the Customer registers (if he is a new User), logs into his account (if he is an existing User), or proceeds to "Order without registration" by entering information about name, surname, email, telephone and delivery address, payment method and press the order button.
- If a profile exists, a shipping address and phone are displayed, with the ability to change the details and choose the form of payment.
- If a profile does not exist, a registration form will appear by entering the necessary information to complete the order (email, name, surname, telephone, delivery address) and the option to choose payment.
- If a tax invoice is required, check the box "I want invoice" and fill in the information of the legal entity;
- The Customer confirms the requested data from the "Order" button
- The order for purchase of goods through the online store https://shop.midalidare.bg/ is considered completed after clicking on the button "Finish the order"
In the case of the incomplete, incorrect address and or telephone number when submitting the order, the same is considered invalid and no obligation for its execution arises.
Accept order
The purchase order is accepted by MIDALIDARE VINEYARDS LTD by sending a message to the Customer's email address with the following content: name, management address, email address and correspondence data of MIDALIDARE VINEYARDS LTD, as well as the text (electronic text reference) of these General terms and conditions, information about the main characteristics of the goods requested, its selling price, the value of the transport costs, not included in the sale price and related to its delivery, the method of payment chosen by the Customer, indicated invoice details and shipping address.
The request shall take effect between the parties after confirming its validity on the contact phone specified by the Customer or by sending a message to the Customer's email address.
Payment
Payment for your order can be done in the following ways:
1) Cash on delivery
2) Credit or debit card: VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro, V PAY
3) By bank transfer
Payment by bank transfer shall be made within up to 1 (one) working day of placing the order to the following bank account of the PROVIDER:

Receipt of amounts from bank transactions in the account of MIDALIDARE VINEYARDS LTD:
1) For payments made with cards issued outside Bulgaria - 2 business days from the date of transaction
2) For payments made with cards issued in Bulgaria - 1 business day from the date of transaction
3) Cash (cash on delivery) by the User or by a third party on behalf of the User at the time of delivery to a representative of MIDALIDARE VINEYARDS LTD or to the courier partner.
Delivery
Orders through https://shop.midalidare.bg/ on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria are proceeded by Speedy courier company. Deliveries outside the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria require prior inquiry (Contact MIDALIDARE VINEYARDS LTD).
For orders over BGN 120.00 the delivery is FREE.
For orders under BGN 120.00 shipping is fixed on BGN 10.00 (Address).
For orders under BGN 120.00 shipping is fixed on BGN 7.00 (Speedy office).
Delivery time is up to 3 (three) working days for Sofia and the big cities and according to Speedy schedule for settlements without office of the courier company. The time limit begins runing on the day after the order is accepted or the payment is confirmed when the "Bank Transfer" or "Debit / Credit Card" payment method is selected. For orders received during weekends and national holidays, the time limit begins to run from the day following the first business day.
The goods are delivered properly packaged, according to their type and volume. The goods are delivered to the Customer or to a third party, who accepts and confirms receipt of the same on behalf of the Customer by signing the accompanying goods. In case the Customer is not found within the time limit for delivery to the address specified by him or the access and conditions for the delivery of the goods are not provided within that period, MIDALIDARE VINEYARDS LTD shall be released from his obligation to deliver the goods ordered for purchase.
The Customer can confirm his wish to receive the goods after the expiration of the delivery period, which was not found at the address, by covering all the costs of the re-delivery. In this case, a new delivery period begins, respectively, from the moment of the confirmation under the previous sentence.
