Return & Exchance

The Customer has the right to return the goods he/she has purchased within 14 working days from the date of purchase without paying any compensation or penalty and without specifying the reason for the return.

The Customer has the right to refuse to receive the goods ordered by him when:

- the goods delivered do not appear to be in conformity with the goods ordered and can be ascertained by their ordinary inspection;

- the goods were damaged during transport.

Upon receipt of the goods, the Customer has the right to request their return in the presence of a non-conformity of the goods with the agreed one, which could not be ascertained in the ordinary inspection of the goods.

In the above cases, the Customer may request exchange of the products by a corresponding once by submitting the respective written request to MIDALIDARE VINEYRDS LTD.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 55 of the Public Procurement Act, the Customer is obliged to store the received goods, their quality and safety until their return to MIDALIDARE VINEYRDS LTD. Returned goods must be in their original packaging, must not be used and their commercial appearance (e.g. torn packaging, labels removed, missing parts, etc.) should not be disturbed and accompanied by all accompanying documents - a receipt and / or invoice, etc.

The transportation costs of returning the goods from the Customer are at the account of the latter, and it is his/her right to choose whether to bring it in person or to send it by courier. Return addresses are listed in the Contacts section.

When the goods received by the Customer do not correspond to the characteristics indicated on the online store page, the cost of returning the goods is at the expense of MIDALIDARE VINEYRDS LTD.

MIDALIDARE VINEYRDS LTD fully refunds the value of the returned goods paid by the Customer no later than 14 days, starting from the date on which the Customer exercised his right of withdrawal under Article 55 of the LPP. The amount is fully refunded by bank transfer.

If desired/necessary to claim the right of refusal under Article 55 of the CPA, the Customer should contact MIDALIDARE VINEYRDS LTD through the provided contacts in the respective page of the online shop https://shop.midalidare.bg/ in order to receive a Document for filing a claim, inseparable part of the process described above.
