Basic information
Voucher format:
- A printed voucher sent to you at the courier office / your address specified in the order. The payment could by cash on delivery or online*,
- A printed voucher sent to the recipient. The payment must be made online*. At checkout page fill in the field "Additional comment" with the courier office / home address, name and a telephone number of the recipient,
- A digital voucher sent to your e-mail or the recipient's e-mail. The payment must be made online*. At checkout page fill in the field "Additional comment" with the electronic address (email) of a recipient.

- The voucher is identified by a number and date of issue,
- Voucher is valid for combined wine tour “The road of the Wine” and “Road of the Sparkling wine”,
- The voucher is valid for two people over the age of 18,
- The voucher cannot be redeemed for the cash amount,
- Vouchers can be used within 6 months from the date of issue.
Aditional information
- When ordering a paper copy, the voucher is sent ias a black and white printout,
- The voucher may be customized with the recipient’s name and/or personal message in English or in Bulgarian. At checkout page fill in the field "Additional comments" with the name and message. In case no customization is required, the vousher is sent in BG original,
- Combined wine tour is organized daily, at 11:00 and 13:00,
- The duration is 140 minutes,

Wine tour description
- The wine is born at the vineyards, so the journey begins from the “Library of Varieties”, where young vines of the grape varieties presented at the winery are planted and carefully managed. The Library is a wonderful mini vineyard for introducing vines of Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, Sauvignon Gris, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Mourvedre, Merlot and Malbec. The guests are introduced to the unique terroir in the village of Mogilovo. The road goes through grape sorting, fermentation, ageing and bottling of wine,
- A part of the Wine tour is the Wine Museum. Generously provided by the Regional History Museum of Stara Zagora, an ethnographic collection showing the pastoral life of the region's winemakers, coopers and carters is presented. The essential part of the museum imitates a cave where the Museum tour ends with a humorous interactive game. This game is amusing opportunity for visitors to examine their learnings gained during the tour,
- The road of the Sparkling wine starts with a unique interactive presentation of traditional sparkling winemaking. The road goes through the cellar where the wines aged on the lees for more than 24 months are kept. Next is the remuage hall. Depending on the timing, the disgorgement process and adding the “liqueur d’expédition” may be observed. The tour finishes in a specially designed dome screen room where the visitors could watch an exciting video accompanied by a glass of sparkling wine,
- The Combined wine tour ends at Midalidare's tasting room, where guests are offered the opportunity to taste taste Midalidare Blanc de Blancs Brut NV or Midalidare Rose Extra Brut NV, and 4 still wines from Enomatic.
