Midalidare Limited Anniversary Brut NV is estate grown and bottled 10th anniversary Jubilee Bulgarian sparkling wine, sweetness scale Brut, traditional sparkling winemaking with bottle fermentation and 76 months ageing on the lees, Chardonnay (Blanc de Blancs) from Thracian Lowlands.
Information
Following the principles and practices built over the centuries in already recognized wine regions, the Midalidare Sparkling project was launched: a sparkling wine produced according to the traditional sparkling winemaking with bottle fermentation, at least 18 months ageing on the lees and made with exceptional attention to detail. From 2010, after a profound terroir analysis and assessment, the first vines of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier were gradually planted on the Prisovete and Dabovets vineyards.
Midalidare Limited Anniversary Brut NV is a Midalidare Sparkling 10th anniversary jubilee wine. It is produced of Chardonnay and is aged on the lees for 76 months.

Appellation and origin: Sparkling wine from Bulgaria, Chardonnay Brut “Midalidare Sparkling” traditional sparkling winemaking Blanc de Blancs, Thracian Lowlands, Mogilovo. Midalidare estate grown and bottled: vineyards Prisovete and Dabovets (Bio certified).
Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay, blended grapes grown on Prisovete and Dabovets.
Vintage: Non-vintage.
Volume: 1500 ml.

Tasting and serving
Tasting notes: Shiny, golden-yellow color with a green reflection. The mousse is rich, ample, and prolonged. A complex aroma with notes of toast, citrus and a grassy tone. Fresh, elegant and juicy in the mouth, with good structure and a long finish.
Serving suggestions: Excellent aperitif. Great match for fried food, crustacean, oily fish, white meat, pasta, hard cheese, and desserts. Pair with beer-battered cod and onion rings; smoked salmon and potato galette; biscuit-topped chicken potpie; Tandoori kebabs. Serve at 6-10°С, in Tulip wine glass.
Storage: Cool and dark place, at temperature 12-5°С.
