The style of our wines is determined by the specifics of the terroir. But winemaking is developing, and the tastes and expectations of consumers are changing. We decided to meet these two parallels in a series for not only preserve the distinctive characteristics of our red wines, but also to get the most out of the vineyards, applying innovative vinification methods to already grown and new varieties. We present the Midalidare Limited Edition Premium Reds series – three red wines with a new interpretation of the Midalidare winemaking philosophy.
Oak fermentation – the appropriate method for the atypical Tannat - a gorgeous wine with an intense aromatic profile and exceptional aging potential. A charming French black grape variety, more popular in Uruguay than in its homeland, has found its new home among the gently rolling hills of Mogilovo village.
