Midalidare New Zealand Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is white varietal wine Sauvignon Blanc from Wairau, Marlborough, made from grapes grown in New Zealand, and vinified by Midalidare winemaking team.
Tasting notes: Clear, pale lemon-green colour. Medium intense nose, fruit aromas of lemon, cassis, passionfruit, and herbal notes of lemongrass. The palate is medium intense, with flavours of citrus, asparagus and lemongrass. Elegant and fresh wine with low alcohol, light body and medium finish.

Midalidare New Zealand
The story of Midalidare is a story of action that turns dreams into reality. Our dream took us to the other side of the world, to a magical place with wonderful nature and exceptional wines – New Zealand. We wanted to try something different and challenging, to improve our skills, to gain new knowledge. Thus, the idea of creating wine abroad was born.
Midalidare New Zealand Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is created by the Midalidare winemaking team from grapes grown and vinified in Marlborough. The wine is introduced on the market in October 2025.
Serving and storage
Serving suggestions: Excellent as an aperitif or paired with poultry, fish, seafood, vegetables, spicy food. Serve at 6-10°С, in Sauvignon Blanc glass (tall stem, slender bowl, narrow rim) or regular White wine glass.
Storage: Cool and dark place, at temperature 14-18°С.

Viticulture: Wine is made at the vineyard:
- Plants of New Zealand origin, MS clone,
- Average age of the vines 15 years,
- Double vertical shoot positioning (VSP or Guyot),
- Controlled yield at 15 ton/ha,
- Stimulated formation of leaf mass,
- Gravels from the river around the roots of the vines which help to balance temperature all year round,
- Single regulation of production - green pruning,
- Controlled water balance.
Winemaking:
- Machine harvest,
- Triple sorting through Opti-Grape system,
- Pressing,
- Cold soak, decanting, and clarification,
- Slow fermentation in stainless steel vats,
- Maturation on the lees.
Ingredients: Grapes, preservative: sulphites. Bottled in a protective atmosphere.
