Forthcoming delivery terms update
Please be informed about upcoming update of the delivery terms for Midalidare online store orders due to a courier services price increase effective from 01.07.2026.
In order to minimize this increase and, at the same time, to respect the rights of our customers, we are introducing the following updates:
- Differentiation of orders into 3 groups based on weight
- Increase in delivery cost
- Reduction in "Cash on delivery" fee from 1% to 0.8%
- Increase in threshold for calculating " Dimensional weight " fee from 30 kg. to 31.5 kg
The adjustment will come into effect on 01.09.2026.
Courier delivery (Speedy)
1. For orders over € 80.00 the shipping (address/courier office) is FREE
2. For orders under € 80.00 and up to 10 kg (5 regular bottles average) shipping is fixed on:
- € 4.00 to Speedy office
- € 7.00 to address
3. For orders under € 80.00, from 10 kg to 20 kg (12 regular bottles average) shipping is fixed on:
- € 7.00 to Speedy office
- € 10.00 to address
4. For orders under € 80.00, from 20 kg to 31.5 kg (more than 12 regular bottles average) shipping is fixed on:
- € 10.00 to Speedy office
- € 14.00 to address
“Dimensional weight” fee – For orders exceeding 31.5 kg (more than 17-22 regular bottles or 9 Bag-in-box 3.0 L) and regardless of the shipping method and value, a 1% fee will be added on top of the cost of your order. Unless absolutely necessary, we advise you to avoid ordering large quantities. Or, you may divide your order into several smaller quantities.
Payment options for orders delivered by Speedy courier:
- Cash on delivery
“Cash on delivery” fee - If payment method Cash on delivery is chosen, a 0.8% fee will be added on top of the cost of your order. Online and bank transfer payments are free of fees. - Online payment with debit/credit card: VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro, V PAY
- Bank transfer
Own-account transport (for city of Sofia only)
For orders with delivery to address within the city of Sofia, we provide the option of choosing delivery with our Own-account transport. The cost of delivery is determined based on the number of boxes.:
1. For orders over € 80.00 and regardless the number of cases, delivery is FREE.
2. For orders under € 80.00 and up to 1 case (12/6/4 bottles depending on the volume), delivery is fixed on € 5.00.
3. For orders under € 80.00 and more than 2 cases, delivery is fixed on € 7.00.
Payment options for orders delivered by own-account transport:
- Cash on delivery (no fee added)
- Card payment on delivery
- Online payment with debit/credit card: VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro, V PAY
The shipping cost and all fees (if any) are calculated automatically at the end of the order, after selecting a delivery method and entering your delivery address.
