The story of Midalidare is a story of action that turns dreams into reality. Our dream took us to the other side of the world, to a magical place with wonderful nature and exceptional wines – New Zealand. We wanted to try something different and challenging, to improve our skills, to gain new knowledge. Thus, the idea of creating wine abroad was born.
A selection of the best grapes from the best block - this is our Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc Reserve. Inspired by a great vintage for Marlborough, the team of Midalidare created a beautiful expression of the supreme part of Craiglochart vineyard.

Tasting and Serving
Tasting notes: Midalidare New Zealand Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc Reserve is rich with lime, passion fruit, lemongrass and seabreeze aromas. The elegant citrus flavors are balanced by a salty freshness providing textural crunch and a deliciously long finish.
Serving suggestions: Excellent as an aperitif or paired with poultry, fish, seafood, vegetables, spicy food. Serve at 9-11°С, in Sauvignon Blanc glass (tall stem, slender bowl, narrow rim) or regular White wine glass.

- Stimulated formation of leaf mass,
- Gravels from the river around the roots of the vines which help to balance temperature all year round,
- Single regulation of production - green pruning,
- Controlled water balance.
Winemaking:
- Machine harvest of top selection grapes from the supreme plot,
- Triple sorting through Opti-Grape system,
- Pressing,
- Cold soak, decanting, and clarification,
- Slow fermentation in stainless steel vats,
- Maturation on the lees.
Ingredients: Grapes, preservative: sulphites. Bottled in a protective atmosphere.
